Hull Cleaning
Barnacles, slime and grass scraped off by hand while it sits in its slip. All bottom time, no dry dock.
Zinc Replacement
Zincs are built to go down with the ship so your shaft, prop and trim tabs don’t. We swap the spent ones before the metal that matters takes the hit.
Prop Removal & Install
Props pulled and hung back on underwater for repairs, swaps or a spare. No crane, no haul-out, no surface interval for your boat.
Dock & Lift Cleaning
Growth cleared off bunks, cradles and dock structure so your lift sets it down clean every time.
Search & Recovery
Keys, phone or sunglasses over the side? Give us two pulls. That’s Navy line-signal for “going down,” and we’ll search till we find it.

Call, text or send the slate with your boat, its length and where it’s docked. We plan the dive from there.
Bottom time
We come to your slip, splash in and get to work below the waterline. Your boat never leaves the water.
Surface & debrief
We surface with before-and-after photos and video of everything we worked on, plus a detailed dive report. Then it’s ready to run clean.
